Returns and exchanges

We are happy to return/refund any items with which you are not satisfied. Please return your purchase in its original condition with tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Before returning items, please let us know your Purchase Order number (PO No) via email. Please note, items returned without the email notification, will not be refunded.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as "returned goods" on postal forms to avoid delays at Customs. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and a charge of 5% restocking/handling fee (this charge is to cover bank and admin costs). 

We recommend you obtain proof of shipping/posting documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit (please ensure to send your parcel/item(s) to us by registered mail).

As a service to our customers, Allevol would like to point out that we cannot take responsibility for items once washed.
